		<description>Next time try the lomo saltado, or the Seco de carne, 2 great dishes., it seems you tried way too many deeep fried foods, I would not say they are the best representation of peruvian food.</description>

The typical filling in Colombia is coagulated blood (from pork), rice, peas, and green onions (note that there is no actual meat inside the sausage).</description>
