Enter to Win a Bon Appetit Desserts Recipe BIBLE!

There’s ALWAYS room for desserts and this Bon Appetit Desserts recipe book is more like a recipe bible.

It’s a cookbook for all things sweet. From traditional custard and pies to contemporary desserts and gourmet sauces there’s something for every dessert lover.

It’s 631 pages of recipes which include: Banana-Caramel Napoleons, Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with Guava Topping and Mango-Lime Salad, Vanilla-Lime Flans, Honey-Cardamom Custards with Strawberry-Ornage compote, Pumpkin Baked Alaska… and I’ll stop there because I was just flipping pages and listing interesting recipes and this Pumpkin Baked Alaska has caught my eye. I will now read it and attempt it for Christmas. Jealous? Don’t be! You can enter to win this recipe bible right here!

My favorite dessert would have to be a great slice of cheesecake(any kind!). Being an American in Normandy for an extended amount of time, I am constantly craving it and can’t find any here :/

Oh my goodness, as my boyfriend can attest to, I am madly in love with desserts…a few of my favourites are cheesecake, pumpkin pie, creme brulee, and sticky toffee pudding!

Chocolate lavacake, homemade by the boyfriend, topped with whipped cream (with a hint of cinnamon), and a little scoop of vanilla ice cream to go on the side =) My favourite!

I love all variations of creme brulee, but I don’t own a blowtorch, so I’m most famous for making my tiramisu, which is a close second favourite!

Oh my I’m a huge dessert fan – I would be all over this bible if I won it! My favourite dessert is creme brulee. I try to order one wherever I go and whenever it’s available. Having said that, anything chocolate would also steal my heart! ;)

The Chocolate Ganache Tart with Toasted Pecan Crust looks divine! However all the recepies appear to be scrumptious. I would love to add this baking bible to my library . . . and my friends would love eating the results
