Food Network’s Diners, Drive Ins & Dives in Vancouver, BC!
What Guy Fieri missed and what he needs to come back for!

By now you probably know that Food Network’s popular show Diners, Drive Ins & Dives and host Guy Fieri recently came up for a visit. This is the first time they’ve shot in Canada and his first stop was in Vancouver, BC. As beautiful as the city is, it’s also delicious!
Some of the local “Diners, Drive Ins & Dives” he visited included Save-On Meats, The Red Wagon, Tomahawk Restaurant, Falconetti’s East Side Grill, Peaceful Restaurant and food cart Fresh Local Wild. Not to discredit anywhere he visited, but I just want to highlight some of my personal “Diners, Drive Ins & Dives”. Here are a few I think he really needs to come back for! I nominate these places as potential candidates for his show.

1. Hilltop Cafe Diner

Heart stopping menu highlights: Everest Burger, Cowboy’s Eggs Benedict
2. Phnom Penh
Heart stopping menu highlights: Phnom Penh’s Deep Fried Chicken Wings, Marinated Butter Beef, Filet Beef Luc Lac with Egg on Fried Rice
3. Be ‘wiched Cafe

Heart stopping menu highlights: Chain Gang Chili, Apple Pie Stuffed French Toast, Triple Citrus Cream Cheese Bars, Pumpkin Cookies with Warm Icing
I have lots more to add to this list, but these are just a few of my highlights with only some of the city’s best heart stopping dishes.
