Follow Me Foodie to the 1st Apple Pie In-A-Jar Sampling!
Finally! The day has come! Okay, so maybe it’s a bigger deal for me than you, but I hope we can be excited about it together! In celebration of February being Apple Month, BC Tree Fruits and I have teamed up for an Apple Pie In-A-Jar sampling at the Salty Tongue Cafe!
So what’s an Apple Pie In-A-Jar? Well it’s basically a take on my Canadian Pie In-A-Jar that was featured on Food Network Canada’s Recipe to Riches! It’s now NEW and IMPROVED (even from my last updated recipe, because there is always room for improvement!) and ready for your consumption!
The Apple Pie In-A-Jar is no ordinary apple pie. It has an almond crust, Mexican vanilla bean and cardamom spiced Ambrosia and Gala apples, a crispy salted buttercrunch layer and a maple cinnamon creme brulee to top things off.
