I can already hear it. I can hear your gasps. Yes, it’s taken me this long to write a post on Pho Tan Vietnamese because this is my first visit here. I can see why people say it’s “the best pho in Vancouver”, but I actually liked their other items better.

For $30.95/person (includes a Mimosa) I found their Sunday Brunch quite reasonable for what was offered. I was pretty impressed with their selection which included the standard American breakfast items, international options and desserts.

Holy @#$%! This Banana Cake is definitely one of the top 5 cakes I’ve ever had in my life. And if you know me or this blog, you know I’ve had a lot of cake! It’s actually Oprah’s favourite cake and here is the Momofuku Milk Bar recipe!

They actually have another location in Vancouver and they’re quite famous for having the “best wonton mein”. Upon entering the type of kitchen and layout is traditional and expected of a wonton noodle and congee house.
