Mijune of Follow Me Foodie Joins The Westender!
Follow Me Foodie’s weekly column in WE Vancouver starts today!
What are you waiting for?! Pick up a copy!! Overwhelmed? Not as much as I am overjoyed! I’ve been holding it in for the last couple months now, but the secret is out! I’m incredibly excited to join the talented team at The Westender (WE Vancouver) as their weekly food columnist. Yes, that means Follow Me Foodie in print! Pretty cool huh?
For those wondering, nothing will change on here and I’ll still be posting regularly. The Westender is a new canvas, a new challenge and a new audience… unless you Follow Me Foodie to The Westender, and please do! The articles will be different, but the personality always the same. I might have to limit my word count, exclamation marks and keyboard smashing to express my excitement, but luckily I will have a Martha! Thank goodness too because self-editing sucks.
Martha is the editor at WE Vancouver and she wrote a lovely article on Follow Me Foodie joining WE. I don’t think there is anything too surprising in my interview because I’m pretty much an open book… or blog, but you tell me!
If you’re a Vancouverite, I look forward to sharing my stories with you in print, but they will also be posted on The Westender website.

I picked one up this morning when I went into Marquis Wine on Davie St. It always is a pleasant surprise to see you on the cover of a magazine or newspaper….. especially with someone as admirable as Vikram Vij. Great photo of you two…..at this point I really have determined that it’s impossible to take a bad photograph of you.
Looking forward to the new Vickram restaurant….. it’s close to me! Yeah!
