Pure Leaf Peach Tea & Pecan Pie Smoothie
Recipe by Mijune Pak & Brenda Lowe
1 cup Pure Leaf Peach Iced Tea
1 large frozen peach, peeled
1/4 cup toasted pecans
1 tbsp brown butter, melted
1/4 cup heavy cream
¼ cup (50g) Brown Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Few grates of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
- Peel and pit peach. Cut into wedges and put in freezer.
- Blend frozen peach and toasted pecans.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add honey to sweeten
- For a lower fat version, use low-fat milk or yogurt

I’d like to go back to writing more on local restaurants, but with my other projects right now, it’s hard to find the time. It’s been a challenge to put my time where it is best invested, and I truly miss writing… hope I can get back to it soon! Rating I’m not sure, but honesty in how I feel about the food… always 🙂
