Follow Me Foodie to The 3rd Annual 6 Course Discourse – Dine Out Vancouver Festival 2016

6 Course Discourse Mijune PakJoin Follow Me Foodie’s Mijune Pak as she encourages six Vancouver chefs to share what’s on their mind and their inspirations.

Start with a BC VQA wine and canapé standing reception with different food stations representing a variety of Vancouver restaurants and wonderful British Columbia wineries. Then, take your theatre seat for an inspired speaker presentation followed by a “Talk Back Session” and aftermath social.

Six Chefs – 10 minutes each – one epic conversation.

Speakers include: Executive Chef Quang Dang of West, Executive Chef Chris Mills of JOEYS, Jason Pleym, founder of Two Rivers Specialty Meats, Chef/Owner Robert Belcham of Campagnolo, Chef Jen Peters of NextJen Gluten Free, culinary godfather Bruno Marti (given 2015 Mentorship Award by Vancouver Magazine).
