This year’s guest speakers are: Executive Chef Quang Dang of West, Executive Chef Chris Mills of JOEYS, Jason Pleym, founder of Two Rivers Specialty Meats, Chef/Owner Robert Belcham of Campagnolo, Chef Jen Peters of NextJen Gluten Free, culinary godfather Bruno Marti (given 2015 Mentorship Award by Vancouver Magazine).
Prior to culinary talks is a wine and canapé standing reception featuring fine food from CinCin, Maenam, West, JOEYS, Campagnolo, Perch Restaurant, Juniper, Dairy Farmers Canada, Dinner By Bayan pop-up, NextJen Gluten Free and Vancouver Community College.
