BaoQi Eateri (Vietnamese Restaurant)

BaoQi Eateri was an overall win and a big thumbs up for me! On both hands! It was Vietnamese food presented nicely, not to be confused with “modern Vietnamese food” or “fusion Vietnamese food”. The food was still authentic, but they were giving the dishes some respect and love. They cared.

Richmond Night Market – The Food Vendors (River Rock)

I like to think of it as the Asian version of the Vancouver Farmers Market, except there are no farmers and just food. I can handle that, can you? This year the Richmond Night Market is even bigger and it has found a new home right by the River Rock Casino. It has 88 food vendors & I tried 10!
