Aldea is a 1 Michelin Star restaurant in New York specializing in modern Iberian cuisine which incorporates Spanish and Portuguese flavours. The chef and owner George Mendes is from Food Network’s Top Chef Masters.

Romados was actually on my original foodie itinerary and I had randomly found it! My trusted foodie friend who lived in Montreal recommended it. It was described as a take out hole in the wall serving Portuguese chicken at its finest.
