By “most locally recommended” I mean in the first 2 days I had at least a few recommendations for them from locals. I almost thought there were only 6 restaurants in town. The theme of the dinner was ingredients from Lummi Island, but there was no real connection between each dish. It flowed because the dinner was executed by outstanding chefs with the same passion and talent for creating. The overall experience was more valuable than what was served, although what was served was nothing short of exquisite.

Each dish was from a new artist who had a new vision and interpretation using the same ingredients. Their personalities and tastes were so different, so my palate was constantly changing with every dish.
