In-N-Out Burger is a Californian institution & must try. It’s fresh, homemade with real ingredients made by real people. It’s arguably the best burger & fries. (Hardly anyone argues otherwise.)
Romer’s Burger Bar in Kitsilano (Vancouver, BC) offers gourmet burgers at affordable prices with fresh ingredients & house made sauces, sides, desserts & drinks.
Voodoo Doughnut in Portland, Oregan is a world “class” institution for donuts. It’s famous for their out of ordinary donuts with outrageous names like “Old Dirty Bastard”. A must try is the famous Bacon Maple Bar.
