This is what inspired 10 Characteristics of a Hipster Restaurant and 10 Characteristics of a Hippie Restaurant. It’s a hybrid of hipster meets hippie with a nice space and open kitchen. The focus is on house baked bread and coffee.. hipster hot spot.
10 Characteristics of a Hippie Restaurant. Unlike hipsters, hippies don’t take offense to being called “hippies”… unless you aren’t one, right? Anyways this is for fun and there’s a degree of truth to it, but don’t take this too seriously.
