Hamid is born in Iran and he is very close to his Persian roots as to why the menu is Persian influenced. This won’t necessarily introduce you to the authentic dishes of Iran, but it stays true to the flavours of it and all the courses are traditional. The menu was a celebration of Nowruz (Persian New Years) – Part 2/3.
We took our Buick Encores for a short road trip up to Muskoka, Ontario’s luxurious cottage country 2 hours north of Toronto. After a little mountain ice climbing (yes, I did that!) I was starving. This is the Buick Encore Long Table Dinner with Muskoka Catering.
Now that’s a serious looking “food cart”. If it was fake I would consider it a novelty, but owner, chef and baker Steven Forster is serving his chili out of a 1943 wood fired Chech Army Field Kitchen. He uses mostly local and organic ingredients and it was an excellent chili.
