Food is undeniably a focus when I’m traveling. Here are some of my best international indulgences this year. Follow Me Foodie to some of my favourite foods and restaurants abroad with just one click!
Los Angeles
North End Caffe is located in Manhattan Beach, which is not far from the LAX airport. It was featured on Food Network’s Diners. Drive Ins, and Dives so I was prepared for something deliciously greasy before my red eye out. It was in fact delicious!
Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt On the Boardwalk in Long Beach California is an old fashioned ice cream parlour offering ice cream & frozen yogurt. It’s on the harbour dock so it’s popular to tourists especially during the summer.
Parkers’ Lighthouse in Long Beach, California is a huge restaurant overlooking the Long Beach harbour view. For a casual fine dining seafood restaurant, I expected the food, or at least the seafood, to be top-notch, but unfortunately it was not.
This is my 2nd post for In-N-Out Burger. It didn’t feel right to only have a post for the one in Las Vegas when In-N-Out Burger was born in California. In-N-Out Burger is the Californian tradition so I wasn’t about to go against tradition.
Zankou Chicken is a local favourite and must try for fast food in LA, California. It’s almost like the In-N-Out Burger but for Middle Eastern and Lebanese food. Almost all their food is made in house, baked fresh, and made with fresh and natural ingredients.
