I went to Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s restaurant Morimoto Napa in Napa Valley, California. The cuisine is eclectic Japanese fusion fine dining in a posh atmosphere. What was supposed to be just drinks, turned into trying his most famous Toro Tartare, Fig Tempura and “Bubble Tea”.

Miku Restaurant – Review 2

Simply put, I am a huge fan. I love Miku. It’s one of my favourite restaurants in Vancouver whether it’s for Japanese fine dining or just fine dining in general. All the Japanese chefs are highly skilled in their craft and it shows in the creation & execution of the food.

Zest Japanese Cuisine

It’s a casual fine dining Japanese tapas restaurant in a sophisticated atmosphere. However I thought it landed in some awkward category where it wasn’t creative enough to be modern Japanese and not traditional enough to be authentic Japanese food.
