It was an upscale lunch from the French-Canadian country side and although simple, it wasn’t boring. The artistic presentation of the dishes were impressive and if I had to sum up my experience here it was simply beautiful.
At some point before the end of the year I am hoping to go back. Chicago is bad for my waistline. And this time I need to eat at Next, GT’s and Balena and drink at The Aviary.
