Mijune Pak of Follow Me Foodie visits Blue Water Cafe and executive chef Frank Pabst to celebrate the 11th Anniversary of the Unsung Heroes Menu.
The month long festival celebrates sustainable seafood and brings awareness to local and unique seafood, avoiding species that are over-fished or harvested. 10% of the proceeds from the Unsung Heroes Menu are donated to the Ocean Wise program.
Unsung Heroes commences Monday, February 2nd and ends on Saturday, February 28th, 2015.
