Eating out can be a costly activity, so AIR MILES is making it easier on the wallet with their AIR MILES Dining Discount Book. With over $1000 in restaurant savings, it’s not only going to make dining out more affordable, but it might also introduce you to some restaurants.

I am familiar with most of the restaurants featured, but there were a handful I had forgotten about. For example, Neverland Tea Salon, a cute and quaint tearoom offering afternoon teas, and Globe YVR at the Vancouver International airport. I’m at the airport fairly often, but I never think to eat there and Executive Chef Karan Suri from India has incorporated Indian influences on the menu. It’s unexpected, but ties into Vancouver’s diverse dining scene.

There are also a good variety of restaurants from upscale to casual, romantic to family, and of course spread out across the Lower Mainland. It gives an excuse to venture off the beaten path from your usually spot on Friday night. Dining out should be exciting, and if you don’t know where to start, this can help.

In partnership with AIR MILES I’m going to visit some of the featured restaurants from their dining book, and I want you to try it too!
