From October 18 – 31, Vancouver welcomes Executive Chef David Gross from Cook Hall in Atlanta at MARKET by Jean-Georges. Cook Hall is an American gastro-pub with a bar snack and cocktail themed menu. Don’t expect chicken wings and nachos, this is more sophisticated. It’s still finger food, well for the most part, but once in a while you’ll still reach for the cloth napkin.
